When I moved to New York in October 2020, the internet was filled with articles that proclaimed New York is dead. Many have left the city and much of what makes this city so special is currently closed, but New York will recover.
The goal of this project is to show the life and character that still exists on every block of NYC. With over 100,000 blocks spread across the five boroughs, I’m asking all photographers of New York to contribute to this project.
Contributed photos should be landscape orientation, high resolution, and with minimal editing. The photo’s location must match the intersection nearest to where the photo was taken.
All photos will be reviewed before being approved.
